Often driving under the
influence charges occur in conjunction with other
criminal charges. For example, DUI arrests often result
in the arresting officer finding drugs during the search
of the vehicle. Many times
the driver arrested is driving under suspension, has
outstanding warrants for other offenses, attempts to
elude officers, or obstructs the officer during his
investigations. For these reasons, Mr. Wall believes it
